The lotus rises rooted in mud, climbs through murky water, and blooms clean above the surface, which is why Hindu, Buddhist, and Egyptian traditions all independently made it the symbol of awakening. This Art Nouveau lotus is drawn from Melodia’s own studio work, where the same motif painters chased for two thousand years meets the flowing, organic line of the 1900s.
